  • Frozen bait

  • Fishing tackle (hooks, lures, gear, accessories)

  • Wildlife feed (corn, seed, pellets, etc.)

Product availability may change at any time. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue products without notice.

We make every effort to display product information accurately, but errors may occur. If we discover an error, we may correct it before completing your order.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars

  • Prices may change at any time

  • Payment must be completed before shipping

  • All payments are processed securely through third‑party providers

We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by payment processors.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses

Live bait and frozen bait may require special packaging or shipping methods. Customers are responsible for being available to receive perishable shipments.

  • Live Bait

  • Live bait is a natural, perishable product. Variations in size, color, and activity level are normal. We cannot guarantee survival after shipping due to factors outside our control (temperature, handling, delays, etc.).

  • Frozen Bait

  • Frozen bait must be stored properly upon arrival. We are not responsible for spoilage caused by improper handling after delivery.

  • Tackle

  • Tackle items may contain sharp components. Use caution and follow all safety guidelines.

  • Wildlife Feed

  • Wildlife feed is intended for outdoor use only. We are not responsible for how wildlife interacts with feed or for any property damage caused by animals

6. Returns & Refunds

Our full Return Policy is available on our website. In summary:

  • Live bait: All sales final except for verified DOA claims

  • Frozen bait: Limited replacements for damaged or spoiled items

  • Tackle: Returns accepted if unused and unopened within 14 days

  • Wildlife feed: Returns accepted if unopened within 7 days

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the issue was our mistake.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and branding — belongs to Bait Daddy. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without permission.

9. Changes to These Terms
